PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion resistant coating steel material which has an economical thickness and which is excellent in durability by a simple method. SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant metallic coating steel material which keeps the surface of the steel material having the maximum height roughness Rz surface-cleaned by blasting coated with an organic resin primer layer containing an aggregate of bigger particle size than maximum height roughness Rz, which is further coated with a corrosion-resistant metal layer by being insulated electrically with a hot-melt adhesive layer or heat curing type adhesive layer.
