PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel antibacterial water making apparatus capable of developing higher antibacterial action by lower power consumption by utilizing a silver ion antibacterial effect. SOLUTION: The antibacterial water making apparatus is equipped with a microbubble producing part for producing microbubbles and a silver ion producing part for eluting silver ions by the contact with water or water containing microbubbles and constituted so as to mix the microbubbles produced in the microbubble producing part with silver ions eluted from the silver ion producing part to produce antibacterial water.
