A structure for connecting water-proof plates is provided to combine two connecting units filled with butyl rubber, thereby improving water-tightness. A structure for connecting water-proof plates comprises a first connecting unit(200), a second connecting unit(300), and sealing member(400). The first connecting unit has a partition(220) formed vertically at the center thereof, a housing space in which the water-proof plates is positioned, and a plurality of combining protrusions(210) formed at the tops and at the bottom. The second connecting unit has the same structure with the first connecting unit. The sealing member is positioned in the housing space of the connecting units to surround the water-proof plates.
