PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module allowing a plurality of flat batteries to be easily and surely positioned in a case, and excelling in productivity. SOLUTION: This battery module is composed by stacking the plurality of flat batteries each formed by sealing a power generation element by an armoring material and by extracting a tab 100t (an electrode terminal) having a plate-like form to the outside from the armoring material, and by electrically connecting the tabs of the respective flat batteries to one another, and has the case forming an outer frame. The battery module has electrically-insulating spacers 110 each having a plate-like form for sandwiching the tabs from both surface sides of the tabs along the direction for stacking the plurality of flat batteries, and sleeves 93 arranged by penetrating the spacers, and receiving fastening axial force when they are fastened in the axial direction by using a through bolt inserted into the inside.
