PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fence without causing rattle in a vertical grating, by optionally changing an angle formed of both furring strips and the vertical grating in a predetermined angle range, by surely installing the vertical grating in upper-lower furring strips in a single operation. SOLUTION: This fence is composed of the furring strips 4, a plurality of vertical gratings 5 installed between both upper-lower furring strips and having an end part inserted into an opening 4A for the vertical grating formed in the furring strips 4, and a support material 6 having a claw 8 and a plate spring 7 bent in a U shape fixed so that the vertical grating 5 does not slip out of the furring strips 4. An upper part for a pair of upper-lower claws for making the claw 8 go in and out and a lower opening 5B are mutually arranged in the inverse direction. The claw 8 is pushed in the vertical grating 5 against elastic force of the plate spring 7 when a side surface 8A contacts with the opening part 4A for the vertical grating when inserting the vertical grating 5 into the opening 4A for the vertical grating. Afterwards, the claw 8 engages with an inner surface of both furring strips by projecting from the upper part for the claws and the lower opening 5B by the elastic force of the plate spring 7.
