PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double film exhibiting the energy-saving effect, by enhancing the thermal insulation effect. SOLUTION: Thermal insulation performance with outside air is enhanced by staying air by connecting double film cloth 5 or a double layer sheet of connecting two film cloths 1 and 2 by a connecting film 3 by a ventilating member. While using not only thermal insulation by sticking to a base material as a member but also accumulating hot air to an external part in summer, heat is accumulated by heat accumulation 6 by ventilating by an air sending pump 4, and is converted into heat energy.
