PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag positioning means to be easily assembled in a steering wheel, and a horn driving means capable of demonstrating high performance. SOLUTION: A steering wheel of an automotive vehicle has an airbag module fixed thereto through at least one intermediate device (33); the intermediate device (33) comprises a spring (37), and a positioning plate (35); the positioning plate (35) incorporates at its upper part a hollow cylindrical body (53) surrounding a central hole and a snap-fitting means (55) of the airbag module; and at its lower part a slot for housing the spring (37) and two stoppers (59); a screw (41) for fixing the intermediate device (33) to a framework of the steering wheel, and a bushing (39); the bushing (39) is configured inside the hollow cylindrical body (53); and the positioning plate (35) can move vertically compressing/decompressing the spring (37).
