PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a maintenance property of an engine and an air-conditioning unit and the stability of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In this air-conditioning structure for a working vehicle, a cabin 14 is provided on the vehicle body, the engine 2 is arranged at the rear side of the vehicle body, and the air-conditioning unit 10 provided with an evaporator 55 and a fan 57 is arranged at the lower part front side of the cabin 14. According to the constitution, since the engine and the air-conditioning unit are separately arranged at the rear side of the vehicle body and the lower part front side of the cabin, the maintenance of them can be easily performed and in addition, the enhancement of the stability and the amenity of the vehicle body can be accomplished.
