PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter with excellent grooving capable of ensuring the aesthetic appearance after caulking. SOLUTION: This cutter includes a board 2 formed with a mounting hole 3 and cutting edges 4 mounted on the outer circumference of the board 2. The cutting edges 4 are structured so as to continuously have a first cutting edge 4(a), and a second cutting edge 4(b) provided in the first cutting edge 4(a) and have a rectangular shape in a greater width than that of the first cutting edge 4(a).
