FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has external supports in form of dismountable contraction screws. Screw connection is mounted in point of disconnection of screws. Screw connection is made in form of brace with longitudinal openings; ends of brace are fixed by hinges at contraction screws. It also has two lateral screws fixed in longitudinal openings of brace. Lateral and contraction screws are connected by hinges.
