<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently deploy a curtain airbag even when changing the deployment orientation direction of the curtain airbag by a portion along an upper edge of a side window glass and a portion along a rear edge thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a rear structure of a vehicle, a rear pillar P4 with a rear edge of a side window glass G3 fixed thereto is covered by a rear pillar trim PT4 harder than a roof trim RT from the inner side of a cabin. A curtain airbag KB arranged along an upper edge and a rear edge of the side window glass G3 is developed in the cabin while deforming the roof trim RT downwardly, and deforming a predetermined edge 26a on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the rear pillar trim PT4 forward. The curtain airbag KB in a stored condition is changed in its deployment orientation direction between a part along the upper edge of the side window glass G3 to the predetermined edge 26a.
