PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant which has excellent lubricity, abrasion powder dispersibility, and washability and is used for pressing precoated aluminum alloy plates. SOLUTION: This lubricant used for pressing the precoated aluminum alloy plates is characterized by comprising 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% of an alkylsulfonate and the remainder of a base oil, and having a dynamic viscosity of 1.1 to 100 cSt (at 40°C). The base oil preferably comprises one or more of polyisobutylene,α-olefins each totally having 14 to 18 carbon atoms, and refined mineral oils.
