PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form ink dots by scanning a common domain on a print medium multiple times and to inhibit degradation of quantity of an image resulting from this printing image. SOLUTION: This invention forms dot data by performing half-tone processing, forms dots in a plurality of printing pixels belonging to each of a plurality of pixel group physical difference was mutually assumed to be in forming of dots, and forms printed image by combining formed dots mutually in a common printing domain. This half-tone processing is characterized by composing so that at least one of the dot patterns formed in the plurality of the printing pixels belonging to a plurality of pixel group's each may have configured predetermined spatial frequency characteristics beforehand in the specific direction configured specification beforehand on the print medium in at least partial tones of the input tone values.
