PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information analysis device, for automatically displaying an appropriate index for extracting observation information important for an arbitrary object from observation information obtained by observing a plurality of objects. SOLUTION: An input part 61 notifies an object of an ID number inputted by a user as a main object to an information extraction part 62, and the information extraction part 62 extracts all pieces of main object-related composite information from a data management server 45, and also extracts all pieces of primitive information constituting each piece of extracted composite information. An index calculation part 64 calculates, based on the extracted composite information and primitive information, a primitive information ratio showing the ratio per unit time of the continuation time of each main object-related primitive information which constitutes each main object-related composite information to the continuation time of the composite information concerned, and a display part 65 displays this primitive information ratio.
