PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snatch preventing simple key for a bicycle, connecting a basket or a handle of a bicycle and a bag in the basket. SOLUTION: In this snatch preventing simple key for a bicycle, semi-circular handles 3, 4 are combined like a ring through a spring shaft 1, thereby connecting the basket of the bicycle or the handle and a bag in the basket simply and safely. An actual key is dispensable, a trouble and a time required for hooking nets on several parts are not needed, appearance is natural, and in spite of a fashionable taste, an absolute theft preventing effect against an offender is generate since the bicycle and the bag are fixed to each other.
