SOLID PREPARATION HAVING IMPROVED SOLUBILITY

Disclosed is a preparation which shows an improved solubility of a poorly water-soluble medicinal agent contained in the preparation even when the medicinal agent is contained in the preparation at a high content. In a preparation comprising a poorly water-soluble medicinal agent and a water-soluble polymer, almost the whole amount of the medicinal agent can be leached out from the preparation by adding nicotinic acid amide and/or urea to the preparation in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight, even when the medicinal agent is contained in the preparation at a high content.
