PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a maintenance license contract to equipment for which no maintenance contract is concluded by providing a maintenance license management device.

SOLUTION: The maintenance license management device 100 comprises a contract management DB 101 storing equipment identification information and presence of maintenance contract therefor; a maintenance result DB 103 storing equipment identification information and equipment corresponding time therefor; a means extracting equipment identification information without maintenance contract from the contract management DB by a predetermined trigger; a means extracting an equipment corresponding time corresponding to the equipment identification information from the maintenance result DB; a means calculating the time required to start maintenance based on the equipment corresponding time; a means generating non-contract maintenance result information including the time required to start maintenance; and a means transmitting the non-contract maintenance result information to a predetermined terminal.
