PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an analytical system for determining which protein or nucleic acid is up-regulated or down-regulated in a patient, a method and a system for testing a latent diagnostic or therapeutic composition, and a method of diagnosing or treating the patient.

SOLUTION: The method is for identifying or characterizing qualitative changes or quantitative changes of the protecting secreted from a protein up-regulated or down-regulated and affected by the influence for discriminating a cell affected therewith from a cell that is not affected, or a protein that is affected by the influence treated in vitro or in vivo or affected pathologically.
