PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate concentration of an antifreezing solution based on another detection value without directly detecting the concentration of the antifreezing solution by a sensor. SOLUTION: An antifreezing solution concentration estimating device of an internal combustion engine cooling system is a device for estimating the concentration of the antifreezing solution mixed in cooling water of the internal combustion engine. A pump control means electrically controls a pump for circulating the cooling water, and a detection means for electric power consumption of the pump detects an electric current value consumed by the pump. An antifreeze liquid concentration estimation means estimates the concentration of the antifreezing solution based on the electric current value detected when the pump control means performs predetermined control if a predetermined condition is satisfied. With this arrangement, the concentration of the antifreezing solution can be accurately estimated based on the detection value obtained from another sensor without directly detecting the concentration of the antifreezing solution by a sensor.
