PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire wheel assembly capable of enhancing rim assembly work efficiency, and durability and a traveling property during run-flat travel. SOLUTION: In the run-flat wheel assembly, a supporter for run-flat arranged in an inner cavity formed between the inner surface of a tire and a rim is a run-flat tire wheel assembly including an annular metallic supporting member 440, and a pair of rubber-like elastic bodies 450; the rubber-like elastic body is composed of a first rubber member 450A and a second rubber member 450B coupled with the first rubber member; the rubber-like elastic body is coupled with the edge of the annular metallic supporting member via the first rubber member, the second rubber member contains diene-based rubber and carbon black and silica as a reinforcing filler, the total amount of carbon black and silica is 80-120 pts.wt., and the weight ratio thereof is 90/10-50/50.
