PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable throng and footwear using the dame by improving a quality of a throng cover. SOLUTION: This throng cover 1 has a sufficient length for covering a throng part H of the footwear S, the both ends are formed of opened synthetic resin tube, and the synthetic resin tube is a soft material with a hardness (C scale) of 10°-20°. The soft material with the hardness (C scale) of 10°-20°is, for example, a polyethylene-based material with an elongation rate of 1,300% or more, a tensile strength of 7.9 kg/f, and an impact absorption rate of 95%.
