PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability while carrying out energy saving, miniaturization, and efficiency improvement of a refrigeration unit or the like using a hydrocarbon based coolant. SOLUTION: The hermetically closed compressor housing compression elements and electric elements in a hermetically closed container, and connecting a crankshaft and a piston driven by the electric elements by a connecting rod is used in the refrigeration unit. By using isobutane (R600a) as the coolant to be compressed by the compression elements, and using fatty acid ester oil having an ester bond in a molecule as refrigerating machine oil, lubricity of a sliding part is raised, and compatibility is provided between efficiency improvement and reliability improvement.
