PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication relay station apparatus that can be placed both on a wall and a horizontal plane, and prevents a pedestal from being lost. SOLUTION: The radio communication relay station apparatus has: a radio communication repeater station body 4, where a first engagement is formed on a bottom surface 2; and the pedestal 6 is mounted onto the bottom surface 2 in the radio communication repeater station body 4 forming a second engagement engaged with the first engagement, and engaging the first engagement with the second one. A wall-surface mount that can be mounted onto a wall surface 35 is provided at a place except the second engagement of the pedestal 6. A third engagement engaging with the second one is formed on one side except the bottom surface 2 of the radio communication repeating station body 4.
