CONSTITUTION:The antenna of a transmitter is attached vertically to the perpendicular face of a tube forming material. At the same time, a shielding metallic plate is provided at the rear part of the transmitter, and a dipole antenna is used to a receiver. And a means is added to use both a battery and a solar battery for the power source of the transmitter. For instance, a loop antenna 4 of the transmitter 2 fixed onto a perpendicular face A of the tube forming material 1 is attached vertically to the perpendicular face, and at the same time a solar battery is mounted on the upper face of an antenna storing part. While a shielding metallic plate 10 is atached in parallel to the perpendicular face on the back of a printed base board 9.
