PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple jack fixing structure in which addition of part items is not necessary, further cost reduction is realized by eliminating screws that have been conventionally used for fixing a jack, mounting processes are reduced, and mounting and dismounting of the jack is carried out simply. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of the jack in which jacks 2, 2, 2A mounted in a standing state on the rear panel side of a substrate 1 arranged in a cabinet are made to be fixed, the jack 2A is tall in which two or more upper and lower connecting ports 2a are installed, and two support ribs 4, 4 contacted with right and left both side faces of the jacks 2A are vertically installed downward at a jack installing position of a resin made top case 3, and at the same time, pressing down ribs 5 that are contacted with upper faces of the jack 2A and press down the jack 2A are vertically installed, and the jacks 2A are fixed by these support ribs 4, 4 and the pressing ribs 5.
