PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for judging whether inspection is properly performed by utilizing the measured value in a reaction process and to prevent the oversight of an item showing abnormal reaction even during tests performed several thousand times-tens of thousands times per day. SOLUTION: The value of a photometer in a reaction process is measured in order to realize the inspection of an analytical inspection result and an analytical measurement result is inspected from the reaction process data due to the photometer and the state change of the operation state of the mechanism part or sub-system annexed to the reaction process. Further, this self-diagnosing type autoanalyzer is equipped with the database (the value of the photometer and the operation state of the mechanism part or sub-system annexed to the reaction process) related to normal reaction process data and an engine for successively judging whether the measured time series reaction process data are normal at every predetermined section or at every section coinciding with the advance process of the autoanalyzer by collating the measured time series reaction process data with the internal conditions of a preset database.
