PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rolling resistance properties and wet performance in good balance while sustaining wear resistance by improving dispersibility of carbon black in a rubber composition compounded with carbon black. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the rubber composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a diene rubber, 10-160 pts.wt. of carbon black and a hindered amine compound having a hindered amine structure on one end of the molecule and a double bond on the other end. The hindered amine compound is represented by general formula (1). (In the formula, R<SB>1</SB>is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R<SB>2</SB>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.).
