摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-tensile steel thick steel plate manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a thick steel plate having high strength and high toughness. SOLUTION: A steel slab having the composition consisting of, by mass, 0.03-0.3% C, 0.5-1.5% Si, 0.1-3% Mn,≤0.1% Al, and≤0.01% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is heated, and then, subjected to the warm multipass rolling in the temperature zone of 500°C to Ac<SB>1</SB>transformation point with the accumulated draft of≥70% to obtain a thick steel plate. Alternatively, after the warm multipass rolling, the annealing may be performed at the temperature in the temperature zone of not higher than Ac<SB>1</SB>transformation point. The strength-toughness balance is thus enhanced. The steel slab may contain one or two or more kinds of Vn, V, Ti, and B, and one or two or more kinds of Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
