PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fitting accuracy of an electronic component for a printed-circuit board from deteriorating due to running variance in a direction that is vertical to the carrying direction of a carrier tape and deviation of the center of a vacuum chuck nozzle from that of electronic component when rotating a sprocket that is engaged to a hole for the sprocket being formed at one side of the carrier tape for withdrawing the carrier tape and carrying it to a component pick up position. SOLUTION: A tape-retaining member 30 is provided for preventing the running variance of a carrier tape 1 in a width direction D to a carrying direction A. In this case, the running variance in the vertical direction D for the carrying direction A of the carrier tape 1 is suppressed, and the center of a vacuum chuck nozzle is accurately matched to that of electronic component 2. |
