The plate (10) has an inner carrier layer (11) provided for mechanical stabilization, and an outer dielectric functional layer (12) for transferring printing ink. Conductive laminar units (13) are arranged between the carrier layer and the dielectric functional layer, where the units are designed as electrodes. Electric voltages are applied at the laminar units for changing surface energy of the dielectric functional layer such that colored and non colored ink guided sections are formed at the dielectric function layer depending on the voltages applied at the laminar units.
