A thermo apparatus comprising a thermally conductive sheath (2) is described. The thermally conductive sheath is adapted to be thermally coupled with a thermo unit (4) adapted to be kept at a predefined temperature. The sheath is further adapted to at least partly surround a fluid conduit (1) adapted for conducting a fluid.
