PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support jig for a board in which an electronic component can be stably mounted on and connected to the board, and to provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the circuit board. SOLUTION: The support jig 101 for the flexible board comprises an adhesive material 11 separably adhered to the overall surface of the rear surface of the flexible board 150 while assuring the flatness of the board 150. The flexible board is integrated with the jig so that the flexible board can be handled similarly to the normal circuit board having no flexibility, and an electronic component can be mounted on and connected to the flexible board. Accordingly, the component can be efficiently, inexpensively and stably mounted on and connected to the flexible board by using existing facility to mount the component in high quality. |
