A device for parameters restriction of electromagnetic processes consists of a power transformer with five-legged magnetic conductor, at the main legs of which the high-voltage primary and the high-voltage secondary winding are disposed connected according "star connection" with neutral available toconnection and in "open triangle" circuit, accordingly, having side legs free, and also compensating reactor with individual two-legged magnetic conductor. The winding of compensating reactor is connected with leads of secondary winding and at one time its lead connected with neutral of the primary winding, the second lead - with the ground circuit. In side legs of magnetic conductor a magnetic gaps and located on it windings series connected, which have regulated taps of compensating reactor are disposed. Directly connected neutrals of primary windings with common input of parallel-connected secondary windings with reactor windings having their common lead switched to the ground circuit.
