The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method functional recovery of upper extremity. The method involves carrying out treatment procedures, physiotherapeutic procedures and massage, fixation of elbow joint by means of individual orthesis sleeve in functionally suitable position, hand fixation by means of individual hand holder and orthesis forearm sleeve, daily growing of forearm supination value up to maximally possible one, fixation of this position by means of individual hand holder on the orthesis forearm sleeve. The orthesis is used for 3-4 hours in the course of treatment.
