An entrance machine for driving water pipes and a method for constructing the same are provide to ensure a space for driving water pipes by installing a driving apparatus in a casing. An entrance machine for driving water pipes comprises a casing and a lid. The casing comprises a lowermost excavation casing(110) having a driving apparatus and water pipes therein, and at least intermediate connection casing(120) connected to the upper portion of the lowermost excavation casing(110). An uppermost casing(130) is connected to the uppermost portion of the intermediate connection casing(120) and protruding to the ground. An oscillation inlet block induces driving of the water pipes. The cover opens or closes the uppermost opening of the casing.
