A tire bead base repairing device is provided to prevent an accident by excluding a steam pipe and to make the repairing speed fast by repairing a bead base of a tire through a direct heating method using electricity. A tire bead base repairing device is composed of a turntable(11) rotatably installed on the upper ends of base members(10) separated in a predetermined gap; tire locking units(12) installed at the upper and lower sides of the turntable to fix or release a tire; tire loading units(13) mounted symmetrically to the turntable to support the tire together with the tire locking units; a transfer conveyor(15) positioned at the lower side of the turntable to supply or draw out the tire to/from the tire loading units; two supports(14) supporting the tire loading units, respectively; a lifting cylinder(16) moving up and down the tire loading units by connecting the supports; a guide bar(17) guiding lifting of the tire loading units with penetrating through the turntable; heating rims(18) installed at the tire locking unit and the tire loading unit, to repair a bead part of the tire by heating; a locking member locking or unlocking the heating rim; a driving motor(19) installed at the side of the base member to rotate a shaft of the turntable; and a control unit controlling each part.
