A prefabricated component (1) for walls (2) of houses, in particular for door or window structures (3), comprises at least one pair of panels (4a, 4b) positioned opposite one another, of which at least one is made of a transparent material, between which an electrothermal conversion element (5) is housed. The component (1) includes a chamber (6) delimited by the pair of panels (4a, 4b), having an inlet section (7) and an outlet section (8) for the air in the room, and forming a convection and radiant flue (9). An air flow (10) from the heated room passes through the chamber (6), strikes the electrothermal conversion element (5) in the chamber, and flows out of the chamber (6) and back into the room. |
