The holding part is formed to remove the fixture when the mount screw(31) is removed after the fixture(5) is planted. The mount pressurizing tool(55) is formed to be diminished at a predetermine slant angle. The fixture mount(33) includes a pressurizing hole to be pressurized by the mount pressurizing tool(55).
