CLEANING MEMBER FOR PHOTORECEPTOR, CLEANING DEVICE, AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTER USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning member for a photoreceptor and a cleaning device that prevent trouble such that an electrostatic latent image can not be formed at a part of a sticky body sticking on the photoreceptor and then a toner image can not be formed normally on a form, and is suitably used for a high-speed laser printer using a form having pressure-sticking paste and a form with sticky labels, and to provide an electrophotographic printer using the same. SOLUTION: The cleaning member for a photoreceptor surface of the electrophotographic printer includes a dielectric film and a reinforcing plate for the dielectric film. The cleaning member includes a function of removing foreign matter from the photoreceptor surface while the dielectric film is electrostatically attracted in contact with the photoreceptor surface.
