PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display apparatus which can be made thinner and can be improved in flexibility of design. SOLUTION: A cabinet 14 has through-holes H1, penetrating in the direction perpendicular to the screen of the monitor body. The back of the monitor body is covered by such a cabinet 14. An insert nut 16 has a through-hole H2, of a minor diameter smaller than that of the through-hole H1, and is inserted into the through-hole H1 so that the penetrating direction of the through-hole H2 is parallel to the direction perpendicular to the screen. A wall-mounting fixture has a through-hole, communicating with the through-hole H2. Such wall mounting fixtures are prepared on the surface side of the cabinet 14. Bolts 20 are screw threadably engaged into the respective through-holes H2 through the through-holes of the wall mounting fixtures. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
