An inhalation mask is connected with the protection element at its end and is on the side of the connection point of mouthpiece (20) and the protection element (59). The flow channel begins for the exhalation at the connection point of mouthpiece, the protection element and the mask. A suction mechanism is connectable with the exhalation flow channel which exhibits an expiration valve (64) arranged upstream flow side of the filter (53). The wall of the mouthpiece exhibits the expiration valve. The components further comprises air inlet and outlet openings connected by the inhalation channel and another air inlet and outlet openings connected by the exhalation channel and an air inlet opening in form of a valve. The inhalation channel is locked and the exhalation channel is released in termination of the inhalation. The channels form a three-way valve. The inlet and/or the outlet are connectable with the mouthpiece. The projection of the protection element through the mouthpiece point amounts to 5-100 mm. The protection element covers outside of the mouthpiece tip. The balloon form mask exhibits an opening at which the inhalation channel ends and one-way valve for the pressure balance in the mask inside. The mouthpiece penetrates the mask and extends in the mask interior formed by the mask and face of the user. The inhalation channel is connectable with a nebulizer. The protection element is designed as bellows. The mouthpiece is arranged movably between an inhalation position, in which the user can take the mouthpiece into the mouth, and an exhalation position in which the mouthpiece is withdrawn into the mask interior. A pressure balance is enabled over the circumference area. The component is a component of the aerosol generator of the inhalation device. The channels prevent escape of delivered active agent into environment before, while and after the inhalation through the user of the inhalation device. The inhalation mask exhibits a pressure sensor operationally connected with the suction mechanism and/or the inhalation device.
