PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the damage and dispersion of ampoules or the like stored in a packaging box by the application of an external shock, reduce costs of packaging materials and facilitate case packaging work. SOLUTION: A packaging box S is formed such that double shock-absorbing structures are formed at the top surface and the bottom surface of the packaging box S by a cylindrical part 10a of an outer box 10 and a cylindrical inner box 20 provided along the inner periphery of the cylindrical part. This packaging box S is formed by folding and assembling one sheet of a box forming base plate 1. This double shock absorbing structures are constituted such that reinforcing flaps 21a, 21b are folded, overlapped and connected to the top surface side shock absorbing plate 21 provided at the inner periphery side of the top surface plate 13, and reinforcing flaps 22a, 22b are folded, overlapped and connected to the bottom surface side shock absorbing plate 22 provided at the inner periphery of the bottom surface plate 14.
