PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a driving force difference to a plurality of driving wheels to be driven by different driving force generating means, as required, while maintaining almost all driving force. SOLUTION: The driving force distributing device 10 comprises a planetary gear device 3 consisting of a sun gear 3S, a carrier 3C and a ring gear 3R. An output shaft 1S of a first motor 1 is connected to the sun gear 3S, and an output shaft 2S of a second motor 2 is connected to the carrier 3C. The first motor 1 drives a first driving wheel 8L via a first driving shaft 9L, and the second motor 2 drives a second driving wheel 8R via a second driving shaft 9R. A first clutch 6L is provided between the ring gear 3R and the first driving shaft 9L, and a second clutch 6R is provided between the carrier 3C and the second driving shaft 9R.
