<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for an electronic pen eliminating the influence of the pattern of a back side transmitting the form for the electronic pen by forming a uniform colored area in the back side of an information filling column. <P>SOLUTION: In the form for the electronic pen with at least a filling portion and an imaging portion in which information is filled by the electronic pen, a dot pattern for exclusively reading out the electronic pen is printed on at least a part of a face filled with the information, an area printed in a solid state by a color ink is formed at least a part of a back face on the face where the dot pattern is printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
