发明名称 DEVELOPING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a post-exposure process by overall exposure of a planographic printing plate using low luminous energy, while preventing inhibition of radical photopolymerization by oxygen. SOLUTION: While the surface of an image recording layer, remaining on the surface of a planographic printing plate 10 after development so as to form an image, is covered with a layer of a component containing a solvent of a gum liquid to block oxygen, the plate is subjected to full-area exposure to light at a wavelength which induces radical photopolymerization so that the entire surface of the image recording layer, which forms image, can be polymerized and cured, by allowing the radical polymerization to completely proceed, without being affected by inhibition of polymerization due to oxygen.
