PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular slide door device capable of not requiring position adjustment of a sub-roller. SOLUTION: In the slide door device for the vehicle, an upper guide rail 4 is provided above a door opening at a side surface of a vehicle body and an upper guide roller 2 is provided on an upper part of the slide door corresponding to the door opening respectively. Opening/closing of the slide door is performed by rolling the upper guide roller 2 along the upper guide rail 4. Whereas, the sub-roller 14 is turnably provided near the upper guide roller 2 and a flat plate-like spacer member 16 formed by an elastic material is mounted to an outer wall surface at a front part side of the upper guide rail 4. The sub-roller 14 is pressure-contacted with the spacer member 16 at full closing of the slide door. Thereby, the slide door is closely adhered to the door opening. A plurality of grooves are formed on a surface with which the sub-roller 14 is pressure-contacted of the surface of the spacer member 16 along a movement direction of the sub-roller 14.
