PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel cone type ribbon mixing apparatus capable of remarkably improving operability of maintenance of cleaning etc., of the inner part of a treatment vessel by fundamentally looking at structures of a rotation vane and a vortex breaker again. SOLUTION: The apparatus in which either one or more of mixing, crushing and drying are performed while it is repeated that material W to be treated is raised along an inner wall by the rotation vane 5 disposed in the treatment vessel 1, is transferred to the neighborhood of the center of the treatment vessel 1 by the vortex breaker 6 and thereby is made to fall into the bottom of the treatment vessel 1 again is characterized in that the vortex breaker 6 is installed for the rotation vane 5. Because it is prevented that the vortex breaker 6 and the rotation vane 5 physically interfere with each other upon drawing of the rotation vane 5 from the treatment vessel 1, the operation of the drawing of the rotation vane 5 from the treatment vessel 1 can be facilitated and the operability of maintenance of cleaning etc., of the inner part of the treatment vessel can be remarkably improved.
