PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of introducing a thin client system that uses a platform different from that of an existing system, and of easily performing appropriate license management for software without constructing any particular license management system. SOLUTION: A thin client system based on a screen transfer method is constructed. In order to provide the mechanism for easily preventing illegal use of particular software without constructing any special license management system, the connection limiting function of a directory service for authenticating users is used to limit the software used by users.
