摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of correcting data by using data read from an optical black part and a dummy pixel finally read from a first frame period in the case of imaging. SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging apparatus including a solid-state imaging element 10 provided with: an electric charge transfer path 11 for transferring electric charges sensed by each photo sensor and read according to a transfer pulse and provided with at least one of the optical black part and the dummy pixel at a front end 16 and a rear end 17 in the electric charge transfer direction of the electric charge transfer path 11; and a drive means 30 for applying transfer drive to the electric charge transfer path 11 by applying a transfer pulseϕV to the solid-state imaging element 10, the drive means 30 performs idle transfer for sweeping out unidentified noise at the rear end 17 at the beginning of the first frame period for reading data from the solid-state imaging element 10 and thereafter applies the transfer pulseϕV used for the transfer of all number of stages of the electric charge transfer path 11 to the solid-state imaging element 10.
