PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device for improving productivity to be used for electronic equipment such as portable communication equipment. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric device is configured of a piezoelectric vibration element; an integrated circuit element electrically connected to the piezoelectric vibration element for configuring an oscillation circuit; and a container body having an opening in which the piezoelectric vibration element and the integrated circuit element are loaded. The switching terminal of the output signal of the piezoelectric device is formed on the lower face of the container body between the opening and an external terminal installed on the lower face of the container body at the opposite side, and one of the plurality of types of output signals is output.
